Measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic

In spite of the coronavirus –
COVID 19 pandemic, Mundie e Advogados continues to function normally, serving
its clients with the same focus on service quality and response punctuality. We
are maintaining our work hours Our communications systems continue to use the
same telephone numbers and electronic addresses.
At the same time, Mundie e Advogados is taking the measures which,
according to the recommendations of public authorities and health experts, it
deems the most effective to contribute to the control of the COVID-19 contagion
and to the preservation of the health of Mundie e Advogados’ members and their
families. The main measures taken so far are the following:
-Although our premises are open, our lawyers, as well
as our members in charge of activities which do not require their presence at
the office, have received the recommendation to work remotely, from home.
-For this purpose,
we have provided to our members the necessary means of working remotely under
the supervision of our data security and confidentiality controls.
-We have
recommended that our members avoid presential meetings, travelling and
professional and social events. Their participation in meetings and events
should preferably occur by electronic means.
-We have also
recommended that our members take the precautions suggested by health experts,
such as avoiding personal contacts as much as possible, practicing breathing
etiquette and frequently washing their hands. Mundie e Advogados’ members who
have returned from areas with widespread contagion, who have had contact with
travelers from affected areas or at whose residence a COVID-19 infection has
occurred should stay home and avoid contact with other persons. Those who show
symptoms of a possible COVID-19 infection should look for medical assistance
and test for COVID-19.
We are prioritizing our members
and their families’ health, as well as that of our fellow citizens, without
prejudice to the quality, punctuality and security of our services.
