Yasmine Hajar, member of the Regulatory and Competition team, published in the Journal of Public Law and Economy (Revista de Direito Público da Economia – RDPE) a paper entitled "Arbitration and Competition Law: the role of the arbitrator in the complaint of anticompetitive conduct ". The purpose of the paper was to discuss the arbitrator’s duty of confidentiality and the obligation to report anticompetitive practices by the parties involved in the arbitration proceeding.
