Amanda Bolonhês, member of the Regulatory and Competition team, published in the Journal of Public Law and Economy (Revista de Direito Público da Economia – RDPE) a paper entitled "Regulation and antitrust in the port industry: case study on the Terminal Handling Charge 2”. The purpose of the paper was to investigate the interaction between regulation and competition in the port industry, by reviewing precedents related to cargo handling charges known as Terminal Handling Charge 2 (THC2).
