Enrico Romanielo, Vinicius Ribeiro and Yasmine Hajar, members of the Regulation and Competition team, published a paper on CADE’s experience with consultation procedures related to anticompetitive practices. The article “What is Cade’s experience with consultation/query procedures related to anticompetitive practices?” was published in a book organized by the Brazilian competition think tank IBRAC - Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade. The book was released yesterday (26) in Washington DC, during the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting. Mundie e Advogados was one of the sponsors of the reception held by IBRAC.
