Mundie e Advogados is pleased to announce three new partners, in the areas of Tax, Regulation and Competition and Litigation and Arbitration.
Andrea da Rocha Salviatti has solid experience in tax law, an area in which she has been working for eighteen years. She has wide experience in tax litigation, both administrative and judicial, as well as in providing legal advice on taxes in general. She coordinates the tax litigation area of the firm since 2015. She holds a bachelor′s degree in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), specialization in tax law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP/COGEAE) and a master′s degree in tax law also from PUC-SP.
Beatriz Faustino França Mori works with public law, especially with administrative and regulatory law matters. She has wide experience in the sectors of communication, media and content, telecommunications, including satellites, technology and internet, as well as public bids, concessions, public works and administrative contracts, being part of the Regulation and Competition team of the firm since 2003. She advises clients in consultations and in administrative proceedings, including litigation and licensing, the review of regulations, due diligences and regulatory compliance. She holds a bachelor′s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a post-graduate degree in administrative law from the same university.
João Carlos Zanon has wide experience in civil litigation (corporate, consumer, regulatory and competition), class actions, arbitration, debt restructuring, bankruptcy and judicial reorganizations, in addition to being active in rendering business and constitutional legal advice. He has worked for over twenty years in strategic litigation law firms, with the last thirteen years leading the litigation of the law firm of Prof. Nelson Nery Jr. He holds a bachelor′s degree in law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master′s and doctorate’s degrees in civil procedure, diffuse and collective law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is the author of the book “Direito à Proteção de Dados Pessoais”, launched by RT Publisher in 2013, and is a mechanical technologist by FATEC/UNESP.
