Mundie e Advogados sponsored the Seminar “Advanced Techniques for Handling an International Arbitration Case”, co-organized by the Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr), em parceria and the American University Washington College of Law, in partership with the Arbitration Chamber of CIESP/FIESP. The event, held in São Paulo on April 12 and 13, 2012, had lectures of national and foreign specialists, which discusses international arbitration techniques applied to the resolution of a mock case. Marco Gasparetti, partner in our Litigation and Arbitration team, attended to the Seminar representing the firm.
